In recent times I have been proud to guide and enable a sector I care deeply about, developing the right responses to unexpected change and relentless uncertainty.  As a consultant I have worked with senior teams to make sense of an extended time of crisis, to evaluate lessons learned and to creatively rebuild with new, more agile ways of working.  As a coach I have worked with chairs of boards, institutional leaders, senior practitioners and newly arrived interns.  Together we have tried to understand the personal impact of the pandemic and how best to lead and work in a very new world.

I operate equally successfully face-to-face or via video conferencing platforms and work with inspiring universities, schools, membership associations and education businesses in the UK and across the globe.
