I worked with Tricia King for 11 years when she was on my leadership team at Birkbeck. I promoted her to Pro-Vice-Master and she became the first PVM from a professional background in the College’s 200 year history. Sheffield Hallam Students' Union needed initiate radical change to secure its long term future through a new, bold and credible strategy.
