I offer a very flexible, responsive service and talk to all clients about how I can best engage.   In a pandemic affected world I have developed nuanced programmes of consultancy, interim leadership,  team workshop facilitation and coaching that respond to the challenges presented.

These services are all available face to face or via video conferencing platforms.

I support leaders facing covid amplified change agendas as they seek to effect rapid transformation.  Building on recent experience I can facilitate creative, empathetic and impactful consultation and team development, helping to envisage, facilitate and deliver transformational change.

 

PROFESSIONAL AND ACADEMIC COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP

My particular expertise is working to develop cultural intelligence and empathy to enable colleagues to understand each other better and work well across any possible divides.    I have experience of bridge building and overcoming the, sometimes limiting, barriers and tensions between professional and academic staff. Professional and academic teams can be supported to work in cross cutting, collegial, creative ways – regardless of structure.  This might include bespoke programmes of leadership coaching and development as well as ongoing, one-to-on, coaching and mentoring.
