As a consultant I have worked with senior teams to make sense of an extended time of crisis, to evaluate lessons learned and to creatively rebuild with new, more agile ways of working.  As a coach I have worked with chairs of boards, institutional leaders, senior practitioners and newly arrived interns.  Together we have tried to develop the deep personal resilience and courage that enables people to keep going in the face of extraordinary challenge.
